Employer Brand on TikTok: How did Rothschild Foundation Hospital recruit thanks to TikTok?

The Rothschild Foundation Hospital wanted not only to introduce its teams to TikTok, but also to establish a significant presence on this platform to attract and recruit qualified personnel. The challenge was to navigate a space dominated by entertainment content while remaining true to the image and values of seriousness and professionalism of the healthcare institution.
