Heetch, the French VTC service, wants to conquer TikTok to reach a young and engaged audience. Their objective: to embody inclusive values while adopting the codes of the new generation, with an approach combining humor and lifestyle. To stand out, Heetch and Utopia have opted for a new strategy: collaborate with fifty different creators throughout the year to produce diverse, authentic and fun content.





To meet Heetch's challenge, Utopia developed a multifaceted and dynamic TikTok strategy. Each month, the agency created 5 videos with 5 creators from various backgrounds, niches, styles and ages. The content revolved around everyday themes, such as sport, couples, back-to-school, laziness and even rap, with humorous concepts perfectly adapted to the platform's codes. The approach focused on creative and impactful calls to action to strengthen engagement.
